B. Frank Harris was born in Griffin, Georgia, and attended the public schools and graduated from Griffin High. Later he graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Industrial Management. Currently Frank is a Field Underwriter and Registered Representative for The MONY Group in Griffin. He is married to the former Carolyn White Williams and they have two daughters, Caroline H. Tye and Emily H. Parker. Carolyn and Frank five grandchildren (four boys and a girl) He has served on the Spalding County Planning Commission and the County Board of Zoning Appeals for last 13 years. He and Carolyn are both active tree farmers, and she is very active in real estate sales. Frank has been a board member for one year.
